Introduction

Welcome to Sellzyo. By registering and using our platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

Definitions

  • "Platform": The Sellzyo website, its applications, and all related services.
  • "User": Any person or entity that registers on the platform and uses its services.
  • "Service": The AI-powered WhatsApp assistant service and all tools available through the platform.
  • "Content": Any data, information, or files that the user uploads to the platform.

Terms of use

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the platform. By registering, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

When using Sellzyo, you must:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not use the service to send spam or unsolicited content.
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Not use the service for any illegal or harmful purposes.
  • Comply with WhatsApp Business policies and Meta's terms of use.

Plans and payments

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Displayed prices do not include Value Added Tax (if applicable).
  • We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' prior notice.

Free trial period

We offer a 7-day free trial period. After the period ends, you must subscribe to one of the paid plans to continue using the service.

Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard.
  • Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for previously paid periods.

Messaging services (WhatsApp, social platforms)

Nature of the service

Sellzyo enables sending and receiving automated messages via Meta platforms (WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram) on behalf of the user using AI.

Customer consent to messages

  • The user must obtain explicit consent from their customers before sending any automated messages via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram.
  • The user must provide a clear mechanism for their customers to unsubscribe from messages (such as sending the word "cancel" or "stop").
  • When a customer requests to unsubscribe, messages must be stopped immediately.

Prohibited content

Sellzyo may not be used to send:

  • Spam or unwanted bulk messages.
  • Misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content.
  • Content that violates Meta policies or WhatsApp Business, Facebook, or Instagram policies.
  • Content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination.
  • Sensitive data such as passwords or bank card numbers via messages.

Platform policies

  • The user complies with all Meta's policies and terms of use, including the WhatsApp Business policy, Facebook Platform policy, and Instagram Platform policy.
  • Any violation of Meta policies may result in the user's Sellzyo account being suspended or terminated immediately.
  • Sellzyo is not responsible for any actions Meta takes against user accounts as a result of violating its policies.

AI-generated automated replies

  • AI assistant replies are generated by AI and may not be 100% accurate in all cases.
  • The user is responsible for reviewing and customizing AI assistant settings and verifying the accuracy of information provided to their customers.
  • The user must inform their customers that they are communicating with an AI-powered automated assistant.

Intellectual property

  • All intellectual property rights of the platform, its design, and its code belong to Sellzyo.
  • The user retains ownership of the content they upload to the platform.
  • By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it to provide and improve the service.

Disclaimer

  • We provide the service "as is" without express or implied warranties.
  • We do not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or errors.
  • We are not responsible for any AI assistant responses that may be inaccurate — the user is responsible for reviewing and customizing the AI assistant's responses for their activity.
  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Limitation of liability

In all cases, Sellzyo's financial liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Using the service in a way that harms us or other users.
  • Failure to pay financial dues.
  • By request of a legal or regulatory authority.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after modification means you agree to the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
